PICTURE PERFECT, via its website, provides users with a varied range of goods and services to meet their printing needs. In order to optimize the services offered on our site as much as possible, we collect different types of Personal Data from different sources depending on the services used by users. When they browse our Site or make a purchase, some data is automatically collected while other data is collected when a user creates an account, completes a form, uploads content, purchases a product or service or during exchanges. Some data is collected indirectly from third parties or other sources such as but not limited to social networks.

ARTICLE 6: USER RIGHTS REGARDING DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING 

Article 6.1: Consent

By using the site www.pictureprint.fr , users agree to:

Article 6.4: Deletion of the account after exercise of the user's rights

Once the user has contacted us to delete the Personal Data we hold about them, and we have verified their identity, we will close their personal account and erase their Personal Data from our systems.
