This Picture Perfect International© privacy and cookie policy aims to inform users of the site:

Our website www.pictureprint.fr sells printing goods and/or services aimed at professionals as well as individuals. This website is not intended for children and we do not intentionally collect data relating to children.

In accordance with article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) , personal data are:

ARTICLE 4: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED IN THE CONTEXT OF BROWSING THE SITE 

Article 4.1: Data collected 

PICTURE PERFECT, via its website, provides users with a varied range of goods and services to meet their printing needs. In order to optimize the services offered on our site as much as possible, we collect different types of Personal Data from different sources depending on the services used by users. When they browse our Site or make a purchase, some data is automatically collected while other data is collected when a user creates an account, completes a form, uploads content, purchases a product or service or during exchanges. Some data is collected indirectly from third parties or other sources such as but not limited to social networks.

By choosing not to share certain Personal Data, the user accepts that we may not be able to offer them some of our Products or Services. In this sense, if he refuses to have certain of our cookies placed on his device, his access to certain of our functionalities of our Sites and applications will be limited.

f) Communicate with the user through different channels : to communicate with him about his account or his order, in particular to provide related customer service; to send communications relating to the use of our Services, such as reminders regarding current graphics; to notify the user when receiving new messages from another user; to respond to its various requests; to send important updates and announcements relating to our Sites and Applications or our products and services (for example, product recalls or security issues); and to invite them to give us feedback on our Services and our Customer Service team.

The personal data collected by us may be shared with third parties. User Personal Data may be shared in the following situations:

Service Providers - We share Personal Data with third party service providers to help us perform the following tasks:

      • Cloud storage;

Article 4.5.: Prohibition for minors 

Our Services are not intended for children under sixteen (16) years of age, and they do not have the right to create an account or provide Personal Data about themselves. ARTICLE 6: USER RIGHTS REGARDING DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING 

Article 6.1: Consent

By using the site www.pictureprint.fr , users agree to:

    • All terms included in this Privacy Policy;
    • The collection, use and retention of data listed in this privacy policy.

Article 6.3: Exercise of rights

Article 6.4: Deletion of the account after exercise of the user's rights

Once the user has contacted us to delete the Personal Data we hold about them, and we have verified their identity, we will close their personal account and erase their Personal Data from our systems.

We draw the user's attention to the fact that even if they ask us to delete their data, the legislation may allow us to retain certain data (for example, transaction or shipping records). We may also retain anonymous data relating, for example, to customer interaction with our Services.

Once their request has been processed, the user will immediately lose access to the following elements:

  • Their account username and password;
  • His order history;
